More about Everett Andrew Stenhouse, LPCC

After more than 30 years as an educator, minister, counselor, and consultant; Andrew (as his friends know him) realized that the one thing he is most passionate about is working one-on-one with others – watching them discover clarity, restoration, hope, and passion. He states, “Psychotherapy is the single endeavor where I get to bring all that I am to all that I do.”

Andrew’s clients include (a) leaders struggling to navigate the dynamics of their vocation and its impact on their home; (b) employees searching to discover and develop meaningful careers; (c) individuals struggling to escape cognitive distortions that proliferate unhealthy conflict, anxiety, and/or depression.

He specializes in treating anxiety, depression, relational conflict, work-related stress, and life-stage transitions. Based on the uniqueness of each patient, he incorporates treatments from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and personality disorder (PD) treatment.

Personal Interests

When he’s not working, Andrew is either listening to podcasts or audible books while floating in our pool or enjoying family time with his kids and grandkids.
