More about Isabella Pazmino, MFT
She originally pursued a career in therapy and mental health as a path to self-discovery. She wasn’t sure who she was and what she needed and found herself in isolating relationships. What interested her in the world of psychotherapy was the possibility of building a new way of connecting with herself and others and a better way to exist. She continues to focus some of her work on relationships, supporting patients to not only build safe and vital relationships but also helping them through divorce, separation, break-ups, infidelity, trauma, etc.
Her working style is client-centered and systemic. She integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy into her classes, small groups, and one-to-one sessions. She believes the dynamic between therapist and client is a place that can facilitate growth and healing. In working together with her patients, she honors their process and needs and creates a space that celebrates their courage, invites them to discover what fulfills them, and supports them in healing. She works from a non-judgmental stance, recognizing that growth embraces all parts of ourselves.
Isabella knows that some patients may not find relief from psychotherapy alone, and with Mindful Health Solutions, her patients can connect with an integrated approach to healing. To her, Mindful Health Solutions honors that healing exists in community and that attending physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual needs is important for an individual to heal.
