More about Yannwen Braun-Liang, LCSW

Yannwen Braun-Liang has been providing mental health services for the last 14 years. She has worked with individuals ranging in age from young children to older adults. Yannwen specializes in life transitions, grief, anxiety, and more. She also worked with recently incarcerated individuals (Rising Scholars, Project Rebound, Underground Scholars) who are reintegrating into society after being released. She enjoys helping people through their difficult times and thought processes.

While working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Yannwen Braun-Liang believes that everyone knows themself best. When it comes to therapy, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. She will work with patients to achieve their goals. Their therapeutic exercises will be tailored to fit their specific needs. In addition to our patient-first care model, our evidence-based treatments drew Yannwen to Mindful Health Solutions. Alternatives such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy and esketamine treatment allow for further tailoring of each patient’s treatment plan. Each treatment plan is unique, and she strives to find something that works for each person.

Yannwen wants her patients to understand that she serves as a support while they lead the therapeutic process. She also wants her patients to develop coping skills that will work best for them and their lifestyles.

Personal Interests

Yannwen enjoys traveling and exploring new activities, cultures, and food. She enjoys trying new things and enjoys picking up new hobbies.

Before joining Mindful Health Solutions, she was working as a licensed clinical social worker at Lifestance. Now, she is providing her care at our Los Angeles clinic.
