If you need a New Prescription and are unable to request it through your pharmacy, don’t worry. You can use the Patient Portal to make your request. It’s a straightforward process that ensures your request reaches us directly. Your provider may need to discuss changes to your medication regimen with you at times.

If your pharmacy does not have your prescription in stock, you will need to identify a different pharmacy. Please contact your insurance company for assistance. The number is on the front or back of your insurance card, on the insurance company website, or you can call other pharmacies in the area. Once you find a pharmacy, please provide the updated pharmacy information by messaging us in the Patient Portal to allow us to fill the prescription.
