More about Joshua Eldridge, MD
Dr. Joshua Eldridge is a psychiatrist with a particular focus on treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and OCD. He is especially interested in working with college students, professionals, and creatives. First and foremost, he identifies the specific issues troubling his patients. He then discusses a variety of treatment options tailored to their unique needs—this may include medications, TMS, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
Dr. Eldridge discovered his passion for psychiatry due to its inherently human element. He found immense fulfillment in helping patients navigate the often invisible but profoundly impactful world of mental health. Each patient is a unique puzzle, requiring an individualized, multipronged approach.
Dr. Eldridge was drawn to Mindful Health Solutions due to our focus on evidence-based, cutting-edge treatments like TMS and ketamine. For him, these options represent additional avenues for patients when traditional treatments may fall short.
He understands that taking the first step towards treatment can be challenging. Dr. Eldridge invites you to reach out: “It’s hard to pursue mental health treatment, whether it’s from fear of medications and their side effects, difficulty opening up to new people about intimate details of your life, or even if you are unsure if you actually have a problem in the first place. I get that. I would love to listen to your story, answer your questions, and discuss the options available to you. I will meet you where you are at with nonjudgmental guidance and collaboration.”
