Joy Mitchell is a Psychotherapist with a focus in treating anxiety, depression, conflict management, life transitions, trauma, women’s issues, and post-partum depression. She works with young adults, teens, families, and couples. She is passionate about helping her clients navigate challenging times, discover their purpose, work through grief, figure out school/work and life balance, and develop healthy relationships.

As a Psychotherapist, she has had a lot of success helping her couples learn to fight fair, develop new tools to communicate, and rediscover what it’s important in the relationship. No topics are off-limits for her when it comes to talking with her patients and getting to the root of their situations and issues.

Joy Mitchell is committed to making sure each patient she works with gets the help they need, and the treatment knowledge that can help them along the way. Therapy alongside other treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine can help give patients a wide variety of options in order to find what works best to help them as an individual.
