More about Victoria Nettles, MD

Dr. Victoria Nettles has always felt at home in the world of psychiatry. While in school, she discovered her passion for learning about patients on a deeper level. Doing so allowed her to see what would work best for them. She uses psychiatry’s ties to biology to diagnose in a personalized and customized way, which she believes makes the practice more of an art form.

As a psychiatrist, Dr. Nettles aims for a teamwork approach with her patients. She wants to work together with each individual to provide holistic care that works. She has a personal interest in overall wellness outside of the treatment plan, which incorporates wellness via nutrition, exercise, sleep, meditative practices, and medication or other medical interventions when appropriate. Dr. Victoria Nettles is also a believer in other interventional treatments, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy. To her, these alternatives not only are proven to be effective but they also provide more options for each patient.

Dr. Victoria Nettles joined Mindful Health Solutions to work somewhere where these treatment alternatives are available and proven to help. She believes strongly in alternatives, in combination with patient-first care, as the best way to help each patient as an individual.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, you can usually find Dr. Nettles at home either working in her garden or hanging out with her pug and cat. She is also has a deep appreciation for music and attends a lot of concerts.
