More about Jibran Ahmed, PMHNP
Jibran Ahmed is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) joining Mindful Health Solution’s Seattle clinic. While his work is in general psychiatry, he has an interest in schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and eating disorders.
Jibran is passionate about the importance of people having easy access to mental healthcare. Before joining the healthcare field, he taught in low-income and underserved communities. Seeing the impact that a lack of mental healthcare had in these areas drove him to return to school and begin a career focused on providing that much-needed care. In his eyes, treatment can significantly increase the quality of life both mentally as well as physically.
He joined Mindful Health Solutions due to his patient-oriented style. He works with patients on a one-to-one level and ensures that both parties work together to create the best treatment plan. Having access to innovative treatment options such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy and esketamine provide each patient with more chances at finding success. Jibran Ahmed has seen the positive effects of these treatments and looks forward to being able to offer holistic help to his patients and make a difference.
